A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

When I was 15 years old, I was hooked the first day I stepped foot in the gym. I wanted to transform my body and gain muscle more than anything, it was a passion (and is still today) to be the strongest and most aesthetically pleasing I can be. 

I have learned a lot through trial and error when I was starting out, that being said I have implemented that and have coached others to avoid those mistakes in the gym and how to eat properly and get results but also have tasting foods to maintain the results for good!
